"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is nice enough. It’s the beach access that makes it special. Maybe 100 yards from the back door to the beach. There used to be a fire pit that looks like it was made from stones gathered on the beach where we had a fire and did the s’mores thing. East Sandwich is pretty sleepy. Not a lot of restaurants or places to go at night. Be warned. You have to provide your own towels and linens, which is not on the listing. We had to scramble to hire a linen service for around $500 on top of the rental cost. And the showers are a little small. Larger people are going to be cramped. I’m giving 5 stars, because if you don’t, the algorithm punishes the owner. But I’m a hotel person. None of these rentals ever live up to a hotel/ resort experience. This is the 3rd time I’m writing and posting this. I think there are shenanigans with the review process. "

"This is a very cute little beach cottage, nicely furnished, and outfitted. The kitchen had everything you would need in terms of cookware and dinnerware. Bring your own linens and towels. The management company was considerate and responsive to concerns and questions. One of the queen mattresses is comfortably soft and the other one is very firm. We enjoyed our stay thank you very much."

"Salt Eire is a beautiful and amazing vacation home. The location is spectacular and stunning! The house was so clean and the decorating was lovely. The attention to detail by the host is evident from the moment you step foot in the door. From beach towels to beach bags to beach chairs to beach umbrella, Shannon has thought of everything you might possibly need. Truly, everything has been thought of with your comfort and convenience in mind, like how each bedroom has charging blocks on the nightstands and there are high-end products in the showers. Shannon was spectacular to work with. She responded quickly to messages and communicated with us throughout our stay. Her cleaner discovered that we left something behind, and Shannon went the extra mile to make sure it got back to us. The location of the home is wonderful. You feel tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but you are still close to shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed the 6A convenience store and the Riverview Cafe, which were so close by. You won’t be disappointed with your stay at Salt Eire. Your only regret will be that you can’t stay longer!"

"We stayed at Daniel Webster Inn for our 50th wedding anniversary. It was a wonderful stay. My favorite is the beautiful gardens. Our service from Brian made eating in the dining room so special. Everyone we encountered from the staff were friendly and welcoming. The dinners we had were delicious. Our room 27 was beautiful and clean. I loved our little balcony overlooking the trees. We are hoping to visit again sometime in the fall. Marianne Johnson"

"This property is a great value for the price. The kids had a great time using the hot tub and everything was as advertised. Our family has stayed a dozens of VRBO rentals over the years and this was one of the nicest homes we have rented. We enjoyed walking to the nearby beach in the evenings to watch the sunset and there is also a convenience store within walking distance. Would highly recommend a stay at this property."
