The three bedroom two bathroom house has everything you could want including an unmatched view of the river basin, professional kitchen with a bar, fireplace, hot tub, two car garage and a sun-room with a lift up glass garage door to the covered porch. It sits less than a mile above Springfield State Park which boasts two boat ramps and a fish cleaning station. We stay there for hunting in the fall. It has a great kitchen and wonderful views. We LOVED the Gourmet Cook Stove in the kitchen! It made cooking fun! And because the kitchen is an open concept, we could all pitch in to bring a meal together while visiting with everyone.This is important, since there are not a lot of dining out options in Springfield!! Home is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood close to the river's public access. Beautiful view and nice setup of outside amenities. Enjoyed playing cornhole and soaking in the hot tub after a long day of fishing. Kitchen is one of the best we've seen in VRBO properties, very well stocked with dishes/pots/utensils.
