It's very common in this area. We've had the water tested, and it's perfectly safe for drinking, cooking, and bathing. That said, you likely won't like the taste for drinking -- so we use a water cooler and we usually have about 10 5-gallon Primo water containers on hand for guests. Our cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs, and walkways before each arrival, but due to the natural setting, you may still notice some leaves, pollen, or similar—especially during certain seasons. We appreciate your understanding as nature tends to leave its mark, no matter how often we tidy up!
