Hot breakfast was delicious. Most of the staff were friendly. The suite was spacious. Beds were pretty comfortable.

There was really nothing unique a lil out dated needs a upgrade the pool area waa kool for the kids and it wasn't far from where i needed to go the next day

First the positive- The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The accommodations were comfortable and the room was the configuration we needed, with 2 double beds and a fold out couch. The hotel was right off the freeway and the area was convenient. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The negative- the place was just pretty run down. It needs a face lift or makeover as it’s just kind of shabby. The elevator would go up, but would not go down, so we had to use the stairs to go down from our room. Overall, it seems like the staff is doing their best but the owner of the property needs to invest more in maintenance.

The room included torn up carpet on the floor, the bathroom door handle was not secured to the door. The hallways also had some type of unpleasant odor. The mattress for the bed was uneven as well. Just looking at it you could tell the foot of the bed was elevated compared to the head of the bed. When you lay on the mattress it’s even more noticeable. Would never stay at this hotel again.

There was paint coming off the bathroom and the bath tub needed repair and no hot tub or to block water to make it into hot tub tv are very old definitely need new or smart tv

When we got in, there were dried up fecal matters in the toilet, which is gross. Staff was polite, but took their time to address our needs, and not so considerate of our time.

I have been staying in the hotel for years. The hotel is in need of a total remodeling. The days I stay was cold and as turn on the heater/AC unit; it sounded like a jet about to take off. The breakfast options are acceptable.

My reception as soon as I walked in the door was very positive. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself is very clean and while taking care of it shows a little bit of age, but definitely a good value.

Hotel was clean. Conveniently located. Complimentary breakfast was better than expected. Beds were very uncomfortable and you could hear the highway from the section of the building we were in. We were only there for less than 12 hours, for a volleyball tournament so this hotel met our needs.

We traveled with a very active 10yr old so having the pool and game room kept him busy. My only recommendation would be to put in a bill changer for the game room.

I never choose anywhere else. My mom and I stay only here when we come to Mass. The property is always clean, the rooms are always clean and the beds are comfy. I great a night's sleep. (Very peaceful and quiet). It's close to Amtrak train which is perfect for me commuting back to work on Monday mornings after I visit the breakfast area which has many options and again CLEAN . Of course the ladies that check me in on Sundays are very respectful, personable, and kind. Thanks!

The hotel is a few blocks from the railroad station and Amtrak crews stay there. Rooms are clean, maintenance generally adequate although one electrical outlet was loose when I unplugged my equipment. Breakfast was decent but unexceptional. Due to illness I canceled my morning plans, but they told me it would be $20.00 per hour for a late checkout. Next year I intend to stay elsewhere.
