From before I walked in I had spoken with Promise at the front desk with a request. She set my mind at ease and assured me I would be taken care of. And she absolutely did what she said. She treated me with a smile and she was so nice and helpful. My flight arrived earlier than expected and I wanted to see if I could check in early as I was in town for a funeral. She went above and beyond assisting me and getting my room ready early. She was so kind and courteous. And when my family arrived later, she again was nothing but helpful and sweet. Her name fits her well. She definitely delivered what she promised. Promise is a definite keeper.

The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly. Room met expectations and felt very clean. I fell in love with the expanded shower and loved the shampoo, conditioner & body wash being secured on the wall. Loved the bottom bar in the shower too!!! :) Breakfast included eggs, bacon, oatmeal, juices, fruit, yogurt, hashbrowns and a waffle maker. Coffee was hot and fresh. Check out was easy. Absolutely no complaints at all!

Hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. Rooms and bed are comfortable. We've stayed here twice now and will be our go-to whenever we are in the area.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. I love that they are pet friendly. We had a very nice stay. The staff was very friendly. The only thing that kept it from a five star review was that I noticed the paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. I would atest that to not having a fan in there to remove the humid air from the shower.

I found it to be a little disappointing for a property with this particular brand on it. Given how much it cost, I expected a higher end experience, and it was just okay.

Supposed to be smoke free but people smoke by the exists. The cleaning lady REAKS of cigarettes which means your room wasn't clean. When it was pouring i could hear the rail in the walls and next morning it smelled of MOLD and i was coughing and sneezing. The breakfast was a total joke. The mix for waffles was WATERED-DOWN ( thats the cheapest thing), they put out what was SAID to be 2% but was skim milk and they didnt have orange juice. Worst hotel experience especially since it was almost 200$ a night.

Thanks for the feedback on your stay. This is hotel is award winning for overall experience and cleanliness within the Hilton family. The hotel is a nonsmoking facility and yes we have areas outside for a guest who smokes. This hotel does not have a mold issue and I am not sure what you were smelling.The breakfast is what most of our guests leave very positive reviews over. The milk is 2% not skim. We have 4 juices to pick from and yes orange juice is one.The waffle mix is prepared exactly per the instructions and is not watered down.We are sorry that your expectations were not met.

All have been repaired as of today but we apologize that it was an inconvenience for you.The hotel maintains a perfect score with the health department and that is only possible if all perishables are stored at the proper temperature.Did you report the suspicious insect bites to the front desk/ We would have investigated immediately and moved you to another room.

I was here for a family funeral. I requested a quiet room and was accommodated . Staff was courteous and helpful . Breakfast was typical fare but it was fine . Beds are a little firm for my taste but I slept ok . The hotel was very clean . It was a good stay and I will book again when I’m back to visit family
