We are happy to welcome dogs at Shady Pines Cottage!

* A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted per reservation.
* Pet fee: $125 per dog.
* Cats are not permitted.
* All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.
* Dogs must be crated whenever guests are away from the property.
* Pets are not permitted on beds, sofas, chairs, or other furniture.
* Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets, including damage to furniture, flooring, doors, walls, or other property.
* Pet waste must be picked up promptly and placed in the designated pet-waste bin.
* The yard is not fenced, so guests are responsible for keeping dogs on a leash whenever they are outside.
* Guests are responsible for keeping excessive pet hair off furniture and throughout the home. Excessive pet hair found on furniture or requiring additional cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
* Please do not leave dogs unattended outside.

If an unforeseen circumstance causes you to cancel or shorten your stay, we must adhere to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation.

Noise & Conduct Policy:
Shady Pines Cottage is located in a quiet area, and we ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors and the surrounding community. Excessive noise, parties, disturbances, or any violation of local laws or property rules are strictly prohibited.

If law enforcement is called to the property due to guest activity, or if there are serious noise, disturbance, or other violations, guests may be required to leave the property immediately without a refund for the remaining portion of their stay, consistent with applicable booking-platform policies and local law.
