The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Out townhome can accommodate 4 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed. It is less than 400 feet to the nearest shuttle stop. We are next to the town market. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our townhome is less than one mile from the parks main entrance. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two master suites, one of which has a balcony so you can enjoy the upcanyon views. Amongst the amenities to assist your stay are: Air Conditioner/Heater Balcony Patio Flat Screen TV's Wi-Fi Fully Equipped Kitchen Refrigerator Range with stove Microwave Dishwasher Dishware Pots and Pans Coffee Maker etc. Springdale is the gateway town to Zion National Park. Springdale had lots of great restaurants and a grocery store across the street. Everything was within walking distance from your townhouse and there was a free shuttle bus that takes into Zion Park since parking is very limited. Overall an excellent place to stay. It was equipped with everything that you would need to cook your own meals. The grocery store is located immediately across the street. For being attached with other units, it was very quiet and convenient. All the bedrooms are upstairs. The only reason for the 4 rating is that to approach the entrance door you cannot use a roller bag because the sidewalk is made of step stones with large gravel spaces between them. Aesthetically, it was visually appealing but practically it didn't work so well. Great access to Zion (less than 3 minutes) and to the Zion shuttle stop in Springdale. ##### Jim H. The townhome was very clean, quiet and supplied with kitchen items. The entrance to Zion Park and the shuttle is just down the road so it was very convenient. May 9, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Close to Everything!!! My husband and I had a delightful time staying at Townhouse # 5 in Springdale! We never moved the car after we arrived!! We made great use of the free shuttle bus in Springdale and then we used the shuttle busses in Zion!!! We would go to Zion in the morning, come back for lunch and a quick rest and then go back to the park for the afternoon!!! It could not of worked out better! ##### karen s.
