The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Out townhome can accommodate 4 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed. It is less than 400 feet to the nearest shuttle stop. We are next to the town market. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our townhome is less than one mile from the parks main entrance. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two master suites, one of which has a balcony so you can enjoy the upcanyon views. Amongst the amenities to assist your stay are: Air Conditioner/Heater Balcony Patio Flat Screen TV's Wi-Fi Fully Equipped Kitchen Refrigerator Range with stove Microwave Dishwasher Dishware Pots and Pans Coffee Maker etc. Springdale is the gateway town to Zion National Park. It lies next to the park's visitor center. Stay in Springdale where you are surrounded on three sides by the park. No smoking is allowed in the townhome. See other units we have available. It was equipped with everything that you would need to cook your own meals. The grocery store is located immediately across the street. For being attached with other units, it was very quiet and convenient. All the bedrooms are upstairs. The only reason for the 4 rating is that to approach the entrance door you cannot use a roller bag because the sidewalk is made of step stones with large gravel spaces between them. Aesthetically, it was visually appealing but practically it didn't work so well. Great access to Zion (less than 3 minutes) and to the Zion shuttle stop in Springdale. ##### Jim H. The internet is so slow that it takes the tv a bit to catch up with the command you entered. Which you end up pushing too many buttons and possibly get frustrated. Also the satellite remote did not work at all and could not turn that on whatsoever ##### Jennifer M.
