We enjoyed our stay at Novels Inn. The manager waited for us as we arrived after 6pm. He showed us the property. Our room was clean and large. The breakfast vouchers to two nearby restsursnts was wslking distance. Short drive to Zion NP or walk a few blocks to catch the shuttle bus to the park.

This inn was so nice and comfortable. The owners create a feeling of family. When I left my room in the morning to get coffee in the dining room, I didn't lock my door. I was attending a conference, and many of my colleagues stayed at the Hampton Inn. I could tell I definitely made the better choice.

Great place, would go back again. Amazing views. Liked that they have breakfast vouchers for local places vice cooking in. Needed improvements: -coffee - only a single brewer for entire place, and no keurig backup. -temperature : no room thermostat, and house seems to be all over the place. Sometimes nice and cool, but often too hot.

One of the best place where I have ever stayed
This B&B is amazing, the owner takes care of every single detail and does everything to make you feel at home. The rooms are spacious and clean and they have everything you may need. In the common rooms, there is coffee, tea, water, games, and comfy sofas. I am actually sad that I didn't have time to stay more at the house and enjoy all the comforts!

Of 6 weeks in the US - this was our favourite stay
A delightful quiet family hotel with beautiful individual rooms, period furniture, communal library and lounge all within a stones throw of a number of great restaurants, the shuttle buses to Zion and the bike hire shops.

It’s just like coming home when you step into The Novel House ~ well-appointed rooms, immaculate throughout; there’s a delightful library/game room for guests as well and the best hospitality from our hostess, Joanna! She familiarized us with the lodgings, the town and Zion Park. We stayed in the Walt Whitman room, which provided all the amenities a traveler could desire. Due to some delays we were to arrive late, so I called the inn and they were excellent in making arrangements for us. Inn was decorated lovely and they provided an amazing breakfast at the local cafe. Location was perfect to catch the shuttle and we could leave our car parked there for the day. Would stay here again!

If you are fated to be in Springdale, AZ. I can't imagine you could do much better than staying at the Novel House Inn. A delightful place! And I don't say that about every place I stay.... believe me.

What a gem! We stayed here for 2 nights during our visit to Zion National Park. This is a cozy and very personal bed and breakfast place in a convenient and quiet area of Springdale. It has a very personal touch with the owner herself making sure you are having everything you need. Easy walk to restaurants and shuttle service to Zion. Loved the breakfast vouchers to nearby restaurants. Would definitely come back and recommend

Superb Hotel
Despite Kieran being a red nose and we blue noses (only football fans with a knowledge of our home city of Liverpool will understand!) this was by far the best place we stayed on our tour of the US. Highly recommended don’t hesitate to book if you’re heading for Zion NP.

We were very happy to have stayed here for three nights on our recent visit to Zion National Park. The room was cozy, the breakfast options were good, and--most important--the inn was centrally located, a quick shuttle ride or a half-hour walk from the entrance to the national park.

Highly recommend!
Can not say enough nice things about novel house!! Right near a stop for the Zion shuttle, walkable to shops and restaurants. We stayed in the CS Lewis room, and there were journals signed back from upwards of 25 years of guests!! Had a great time flipping through those. Very charming common areas with books and games, a back patio to watch the sunset. The breakfast voucher they give for a couple of different local restaurants is an incredible value! Highly recommend if you are visiting Zion and want something different than your average chain hotel!
