There was plenty of room for everyone, the pool and hot tub were great, and the kitchen was very well-appointed. The owner was very responsive and suggested hiking at the nearby park, which was a great place to watch sunset. The property was beautiful but just some minor upkeep items would make this EXCEPTIONAL. The primary thing was none of the doors had working screens, it’s beautiful at night there and we would have loved to open the doors at night, but due to lizards (cute lil guys) we couldn’t open the doors without working/latching screens. The pool and hot tub were nice amenities. Just wish we could have enjoyed more of the outdoor space. We will need to come back in the summer months. Highly recommend! ##### Jennifer P. This was our second trip to this wonderful home in an awe-inspiring location. We were here a few years ago and loved it so much we had to come back. Our hostess was super nice, helpful, and accommodating. The house is expertly designed to take advantage of breath-taking views on the Virgin River, with hikes of varying levels right behind the house and nearby Zion. Infinity pool was a plus to the backyard views. Area restaurants ranged from quick meals to fine dining. The home is well stocked with kitchen staples, appliances, and cookware. The house has an exquisite view of Zion along with a stream on its backyard, and It has all the amenities you need, including a pool, hot tub, swings, and a cabana. Tori is also the best host ever, she greeted us upon arrival, easily contacted for any questions or directions, and she even went out of her way to provide water for us to make our stay more enjoyable. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and by the pool after full days of hiking and biking.
