Très bel hôtel avec un service de check in aux petits oignons. Le petit dej commis inclus est copieux. A deux pas de la navette gratuite qui amène au parc Zion. Si vous avez une des chambres du RdC qui donne sur le parking vous pourrez décharger/charger votre véhicule « au cul du camion » avec un minimum d’efforts.

Bad experience
The staff was not really friendly and welcoming. I tried to plug my cell phone, pull the table by the bed and I prefer not describe what was behind that little piece of furniture. Worse of all was breakfast time. They don't open the restaurant before 8.00 am. All the customers were waiting outside in the cold Winter wind. As everyone arrives at the same time for breakfast, you wait for ages before getting served. I came to Springdale to attend a class which started at 9.00 am. I got late every morning. In spite of the fact that the breakfast is good, I will not recommend this hotel. Very expensive for what it is and poor service !

Établissement situé au plus près du zion NP. Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas justifié (350€ la nuit pour 5) par l’espace et la qualité de service. La piscine est super tout comme la vue sur le canyon. Le petit déjeuner est copieux mais à prendre au restaurant situé sur le parking. C’est au final peu pratique si on est pressé et le service n’est pas inclu et on nous demande de rajouter. Propreté de la chambre est moyenne, tout comme l’équipement.

Belle vue, chambre propre, clim silencieuse (suffisamment rare aux usa pour le préciser) mais on entendait le moteur de la machine à glace située .... Dans le couloir. Piscine et spa agréable, les animaux devant la chambre ajoutent du charme et le petit déjeuner chez Oscar ( le resto en face) est copieux. Pas mal de boutiques autour. Bref, endroit à conseiller.

Stay was amazing! Close to everything and to a bus stop into the park. Employees were all super nice and helpful. Had farm animals in the back with helpful signs telling you what you can and cannot feed them. Definitely will be coming back to stay

This one location had it all. Everything was walkable, even the grocery store. The only time I needed to move the car was to get gas and the station was right across the street. We are definitely recommending this place. The welcome and check-in staff were super welcoming. As we entered the corridor to our room the smell is inviting. The room had a carpet replacement and it was smelling good in there too. All the room was inviting and spacious with a view of the Zion magical. We had everything we needed. All bed pillows were a little too thick for our comfort and as we asked the front desk, the correct pillows were delivered in no time to our room. They provide breakfast to the restaurant on the property and the 2 mornings were easy for us to start with their excellent choices of breakfast. The store on the property is nicely equipped with souvenirs. It is walkable to many restaurants and Café and so close to the East Entrance of Zion National Park (less than a mile). Do not hesitate to stay there, you will not regret it.
