Located only 1.2mile from the southwest entrance of Zion National Park! A short walk up the street takes you to the grocery store, the shuttle stop and you are in the heart of Springdale. Walk to great shops, fine art galleries, fabulous restaurants and a gourmet market in downtown Springdale. This beautiful 3,200 square foot home features 6 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and offers spectacular, panoramic views of Zion Canyon, lawn/ garden, large terrace with BBQ area. The master bedroom, which covers the entire upper level of the house, has a balcony, two queen sized beds, a Jacuzzi tub, and a separate walk-in shower. The main level has three bedrooms - cherry hard wood floor with four queen beds, one full bathroom plus a half bath, a spacious kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and an open floor plan -cherry hard wood floor with an access to the large terrace, grassy front yard and the view of the West Temple, Bridge Mountain and more.. Backyard has a pergola-cover patio and view of the Watchman. The kitchen is well stocked, we've got pretty much anything you should need for your stay. The lower level has 2 bedrooms each with full sized beds plus one twin bed, also one convertible sofa, a full bathroom, and a large playing area for kids. A separate laundry room is also located on the lower level. The spacious layout and privacy make this home a perfect place for families and friends. During the months of April-October, the free Zion Canyon Shuttle stops just steps away from the property. The shuttle stops at nine locations in Springdale and nine locations in Zion National Park, so you never have to use your car while staying at the property! We all found the home to spacious, very clean and well-maintained. We like to cook meals together and we found the kitchen to be well equipped for that. Most important of all, the home is located right outside Zion National Park, just a half block from the Springdale shuttle that provides regular, free service to the park. Also, it is just a half block from the Sol Foods grocery store. We highly recommend this home.We also highly recommend the Zion Gurus outfitter which is just around the corner from the home. It is where we rented boots and waders to hike the Narrows - that hike is a must-do for visitors to Zion.We also recommend the Spotted Dog restaurant just down the main street in Springdale from the house. The house was large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. The outdoor space was comfortable for coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening. The location is walkable to the grocery store, several breakfast restaurants, and the Zion shuttle stop #5\. The house worked well as a base camp for visiting and exploring Zion. ##### Thomas P. We were 3 couples and 2 children and the property worked out great. The gated yard was the a wonderful place for the kids to play and the house was an excellent size for us all to have our own sleeping spaces. I would stay at this property again. ##### Nancy S. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Barbara's home. Fantastic location in Springdale-- super close to the town shuttle stop, meaning no worrying about inconvenient or expensive parking to get into the park. Steps from a grocery making meals at home a breeze. And an easy walk to many restaurants and shops on the main street. House was clean, and communication was excellent. Comfy beds and linens. The well stocked kitchen made food prep easy and the large table enabled everyone to gather for meals. The living room was comfortable and the house provided games and movies. The yard was large & private with gathering spaces in the shade and beautiful flowers and landscaping - all in view of the mountains! The location was a very close walk to a grocery store, shops, restaurants, and a Springdale shuttle stop. Communication & responsiveness of the property manager was clear and timely. We loved this house and would highly recommend it and would love to stay here again. We have no complaints, except that we wish we stayed longer. The location is key and a small market is close so we could get anything we forgot. It had the “Zion” feel like we were looking for, rustic and peaceful. And the property manager was on point. Checked on us, without taking up our time! It was beautifully appointed and had plenty of room to both hang out as a group and retreat for some quiet time. We also really enjoyed the outdoor space with plenty of seating and a comfy hammock! I can’t emphasize enough how CONVENIENT the location is to Springdale. You can literally walk to many restaurants and stores. The shuttle stop for the Springdale shuttle is also close if you need to go farther than you want to walk! The property was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. Everything was in working order. The views out the windows were magnificent. Communication with both the owner and property manager was excellent. Check in and out was very easy and check out tasks were minimal. We enjoyed Oscar’s, Noodles and Pizza (went to both twice) and the many coffee shops in town. Bumble berry had great ice cream! Zion and Bryce lived up to the hype and we loved them both. We rented e-bikes and it was a favorite for all of us including the kiddos. The property manager Alex is very helpful and responsive, and our family enjoyed the grassy yard and patio, comfortable living room and all the gathering places in this inviting home. ##### Nancy P.
