This beautiful apartment is new (2019), 1 bath and a kitchenette/living room (studio style). The location offers spectacular views of Zion Canyon. The apartment will sleep 4 adults. It has 1 king size bed, 2 Queen(bunk) and a euro-lounger that makes into a bed. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, full size private washer/dryer. You will find anything you need for your stay. Conveniently located only 0.1 mile from the southwest entrance of Zion National Park! Skip the car parking hassle during your stay. (1 parking spot included with booking additional parking spots $30/day) A short walk across the street takes you into the park and the visitor center, the nearest shuttle stops are located next door and across the street. Walk to great shops, art galleries, fabulous Zion National Park and CHARMING Springdale, Utah. The apartment has a private residential entrance located on the second floor above a Subway restaurant and coffee shop. Springdale has been named by Forbes Traveler among one of the 20 'prettiest towns' in the United States in 2008\. It is also one of fastest growing tourist destinations in the United States, with 4 million people visiting Zion National Park each year. Photographers flock to the area year round to capture the beauty of the area. During the months of March-October, the free Zion Canyon Shuttle stops just steps away from the property. The shuttle stops at nine locations in Springdale and nine locations in Zion National Park, so you never have to use your car during your stay! Suggest you do food shopping on the way into Springdale. Limited grocery availability in town and VERY EXPENSIVE . Loved dinners at the Thai place next door and whiptail grill. Very walkable town. The town and it's closely located amenities were all very nice and easy to get to. The park is literally steps away. We had perfect weather and the space is big enough for several people. Not worrying about parking is a huge plus. The apartment has plenty of room to spread out after a day out and about. Definitely woukd stay here again. ##### Erin C.
