"The Gem of Omaha in my opinion. 100 year old hotel, But everything is up to date so it’s every bit as comfortable as a major hotel chain . Nice room, super comfortable bed, quiet. I travel almost every week, and I got the best nights sleep here. I can’t remember sleeping this good anywhere else. Restaurant staff and food were pretty good , and all staff were friendly. You felt as if they actually appreciated you being there."

"Overall the hotel was good - no breakfast but coffee was offered, recieved a free drink token which is a nice touch, oarkinf isnt the best, hotel was clean and modern, gym was nice. rooms are very small. area was nice, lots of shopping and resturant near by. Overall, my experience at the hotel was quite positive. While there wasn’t a breakfast option, I appreciated the complimentary coffee provided. It was a nice touch to receive a free drink token as well. Parking could use some improvement, but the hotel itself was clean and modern, and I particularly enjoyed the gym facilities. The rooms were a bit on the small side, but the area surrounding the hotel was delightful, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. "

"The two best things about this property are:1. Bang for your buck. This house easily accommodated my family of eight. From the large couch to large dining room table to the large yard. We never felt squeezed in. And our wallet didn’t feel the squeeze either. 2. Location Location Location. It was about a three minute drive to the zoo and maybe ten minutes tops downtown. Both trips involved about three turns on lightly traveled roads. House was also close to the interstate for trips to the west side or to cross the river to Council Bluffs"

"We enjoy staying here when we come into town for events at the Holland Center. We love shopping on Howard Street and being walking distance from these locations. The room and bed are very comfortable."

"There were prior guest clothes hung up in the bathroom. The chairs were heavily stained. There were stains of red liquid on the wallpaper. The shower only has cold water. There was no conditioner in the dispenser. The front desk staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. Would not stay again due to condition of the room. "
