« Our room wasn’t super clean - as there was a used bandaid on the bed & a lot of crumbs/debris/dust on the mattress. I get that’s not an every time you clean thing, but it should be enough to not get that bad. Our room wasn’t cleaned daily (4 day stay), which maybe that’s their policy but I didn’t see that posted anywhere. We had to ask for toilet paper, towels & wash cloths. « The grass was high, nothing was trimmed or mowed. It looked like an empty motel. The bathroom shower was dirty and had a drain that wouldn’t close. It was clearly broken. There is dust and grime on almost everything. The breakfast was pretty good. Hard to mess up a buffet of waffles and cereal and bagels. So, at least it still has one thing going for it. « Our room felt like it wasn’t cleaned. There was dust on the bed frames, greasy finger prints all over the AC, and the check in experience was very long. The breakfast area was so crowded and under stocked that we had to get breakfast elsewhere. »
