This canal is nearly clear water not murky like other canals!!!! The house is recently remodeled and bright with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, and a spacious living room with sliding glass doors opening onto the sundeck, where you will enjoy relaxing and dining outside - while watching for the manatee, otters, and abundant birdlife that visit frequently. ... Weeki Wachee has the clearest water and you are guaranteed to see a manatee like we did right off the dock. Loved having kayaks available as well as kitchen and fireplace. This cottage is on a peaceful canal, a quick paddle to the main river.
