Pros include very clean, bed was comfortable, well stocked kitchen. Pool is very nice, however it was too cold to enjoy (no fault of the owner). Cons include set up of the living room is uncomfortable...very long couch that doesn't face the tv and no where else to sit if you want to watch tv. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a private pool providing sun and shade areas and a well kept yard. The entire house is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The home owner was kind enough to stop by our first day there to familiarize us with the tv’s and be able to access any movie or program we could possibly want to watch. House appeared like a garage sale finds in the furnishing. At first look it appears clean. The bed sheets were so old and balled we doubted they were clean. The pool was clean. The washer and dryer were great. We were unable to log into the wifi systems. There were NO directions for the televisions. Come to think about it no directions for any of the appliances. The shelves were dirty. I owned a vrbo in Hudson. My visitors had the best conditions possible. Two pair of sheets towels and beach towels for my pool. The dishes and pots and pans were unscrated. This is clearly a fast money maker for the owner and the 30 year olf furnishings appear to be of garage sale quality.
