It's very small, but managable. We ended up going up to Gatlinburg to finish out our trip.We had a very beautiful sunrise on Thanksgiving morning. Might need blinds/curtains this time of year to block the sun in the window behind the little fireplace. I'm a sun worshiper so it didn't bother me, in fact I loved it however; I can see where someone that likes to sleep in wouldn't care for the bright sun that early in the morning.Hostess had some things already stocked in the kitchen, i.e. coffee, sugar (no cream, so bring some), tea and water in the fridge. Clean towels, toothbrushes, lotions, omg so many of the little, but important things were there. The guesthouse was immaculately clean and had so many thoughtful amenities. The sofa bed was definitely not the most comfortable, however it's a sofabed and I'm not sure there's one in existence that's actually suitable for sleep when you're no longer a teenager. The neighborhood was definitely peaceful and out of the way, which is what we wanted. I definitely feel like the space is more suited to people who won't spend much time there. Meaning you plan to spend most of your time out and about rather than staying in. All in all, it was a beautiful space. You can tell that Susan and her husband put a lot of time and effort into making it a sweet little space to get away. ##### Megan A.
