"This property is managed by a realty agent and is not in good condition. There is a shared entryway with an adjoining property, which was full of bugs and complete with an army of ants. Inside the whole place had a musty smell. There are stains on the bedroom carpet, broken blinds in the bedroom and living area, and the whole place needs a thorough top to bottom cleaning. "The little cabin is clean and cozy. I struggled with the pillows but other than that it was nice. There is a keurig coffee pot but no coffee cups. I am big on a porch lights, but no front lights. This made it difficult to see key pad. I was surprised of how secluded the place is, so if you like privacy, you defiantly have it. The view of the mountains is beautiful."

"Phyllis was great. We showed her the grill had a little damage, just to make sure she was aware of it and didn't think we had damaged it. She immediately purchased a new grill, and had it set up for us within the hour. Will definitely be back. Cell phone service is limited, and wifi is unavailable, but i really enjoyed unplugging from electronics for 5 days. Thanks for the stay."
