Cozy and bright apartment in Spoleto, equipped with all the comforts to accommodate 2 people. The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of a renovated period building and NOT equipped with a lift (stairs and step to access).  
  
The location is strategic, a stone's throw from the center and full of services such as bars, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets.  
  
Ideal for spending moments of relaxation, the accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and balcony.

The internal space is organized as follows:  
  
\- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, wine glasses and kitchen utensils;  
  
\- LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table with chairs, TV and access to the balcony;  
  
\- BEDROOM I with double bed, bedside table, open wardrobe and chair;  
  
\- BEDROOM II with single bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chair;  
  
\- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC;  
  
\- BALCONY with access from the living room;  
  
\- STORAGE ROOM.

Completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.  
  
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).  
  
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings  
  
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Check-in is self-service. Assistance is available until 11:00 PM.

Located in the heart of one of the most fascinating cities in Umbria, the apartment is located in Spoleto, along the historic Via Monterone, a few steps from the charming historic center. Immersed in a context rich in art, culture and tradition, this accommodation represents an ideal base for exploring the wonders of the city, such as the famous Duomo, the Rocca Albornoziana and the Roman Theater, easily reachable on foot along the characteristic stone streets that tell centuries of history.  
  
The apartment enjoys a strategic position that allows you to fully experience the authentic atmosphere of the ancient village, without giving up tranquility. The area is well served: shops, bars, restaurants, are just a few minutes' walk away. Furthermore, the proximity to the mechanical elevator allows for convenient connections between the different parts of the city.  
  
Thanks to its central location, from Spoleto it is easy to reach numerous Umbrian towns of great charm, such as Trevi, Montefalco, Bevagna and Spello, as well as renowned cities of art such as Perugia and Assisi, all reachable in less than an hour by car.

The most convenient way to reach the property and visit the suggestive surroundings of Umbria is undoubtedly by car, which allows maximum freedom in moving between villages, hilly landscapes and cities of art. It is possible to rent one directly at the airport.
