Like others mentioned, there is still quite a bit of exterior noise outside on the street, even in January. But we would rent again. We rented 2 of these apartments and were really happy with them. They were clean and had everything we needed. We felt safe - the surrounding area has a very high transient population (it’s downtown - everywhere downtown is like this.) But we felt safe having the building door secured and having a code to get in. We fully utilized our apartment. The washing machine & dryer were great, dishwasher was great…we cooked as we have food allergies and can’t eat every meal out. The location is amazing. Walking distance to so many places.
