I have rented many VRBO’s for vacation/work, but have never had such a thoughtful, accessible host. This urban neighborhood has a lot of character, and it's fairly safe. Pretty quiet too considering it's in the city. Great restaurants and nice grocery store within 2 blocks. Some of the best pizza, and Italian food you'll ever eat! Parks, museum nearby as well. Easy parking on the street in front of the building. Only suggested improvement I would recommend to the host would be to replace some of the pots and pans in the kitchen. Some of them are pretty rough. Other than that, everything is stellar!
