Close to downtown, parking at the hotel across the street, clean, effecient and organized. The apartment was well appointed for our needs and we really enjoyed the space.The reason I put a three star on communications were two-fold: 1\. The address to the destination is buried in the email and that was stressful. I had to stop and really read the email to find the destination address. That may sound petty, but when you have a high-paced life and you are on the go, the two things you need at the top whilel you are multi-tasking is the address, and the#2\. Code to enter into the building. There is no service desk so you need lots of codes to ingress/egress the building, the elevator and the apartment. It was super clean and tidy yet had everything we needed. The location was right downtown next to the event center and we had tickets to a show there. We walked everywhere. We had our boys with who are 16\. They enjoyed the river park and taking lots of great pictures! It just so happened that we were in town on the Lunar New Year and while at the apartment it turned out we saw the whole fireworks show out our bedroom window. It was magical! The apartments are also very quiet. There was a family with small children next to us and although we could hear them when we were in the hall (which was not a big deal), once we were in our apartment we did not hear a peep. ##### Christina H.
