Hotel is right along the river pathway. Get a room that faces the river, much better views and quieter. We had a room right outside the hot tub which was convenient but quite loud. Hotel had a great pool area and outdoor activities.

This hotel is old, smelly, smell moldy smoke musty apartment. Dirty and dark. Bad experience. I’m not usually review things except something very good or something bery nad I meed to share with others to prevent bad experience to them. Restaurant and bar is clean and not smell. But the hotel room is OMG. I would consider or dream to stay in that kind of place even for free. So sorry but I was very upset.

Overall great staff and hotel, but fire alarm went off at 3 in the morning and stayed on for about 35 minutes. No fire, but I would expect staff to be on this quicker. Also area around this property has a high transient population.

We were quite surprised during this last visit by how noisy it was until almost midnight. The music on the pool deck was extremely loud and there were several people stil in the hot tub til just before midnight. We have never had this problem before. We called the front desk and was told they had no control over the volume and they hoped it would not be the same the next night.

I didn’t like the fact that when there’s an event this property profits from location but isn’t willing to make accommodations for their guests. For example for the Bloomsday event I needed just 15 minutes for after my run and they were unwilling to make that accommodation so whoever was in the event was forced to check out at around 7am making it very inconvenient for the guests.

Found a cockroach in our room the pool and hot tub were filled with tons of children that were not supervised all day and night even after hours they threw towels and chairs in the pool.

Great location and rooms are clean. Very loud 50 kids in pool which isnt hotels fault but they should have signage that kids under a certain age need direct parenal supervision. And/or adult only hot tub times. Doors inside hotelare very loud and echo down hall.

We stayed at Ruby for a concert. It had a nice walking trail that went along the river right to Spokane arena. The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing! Will definitely use again!

Room was ok. Bed frame stuck out away from mattress and I hit it with my leg pretty hard. For the second time, different rooms I noticed the cheap chair that is in the room had bent legs which is a safety hazard. Only one other weird chair in the room to sit in. Rooms need a comfortable chair to relax in. Pool area was my favorite spot. This hotel has issues with chairs they seem to like ones meant for very small people and they are very uncomfortable. This is throughout hotel and restaurant. Restaurant was ok, very limited menu, food sub par. They have BBQ but only on the happy hour menu which is a shame. It actually sounded good.
