Fully stocked updated mid-century kitchen is perfect for breakfast and making yourself at home. Bathroom is clean and updated. Bedrooms are old hardwood floors. Apartment has 2 AC Units for the hot months New for summer 2023: Upgraded WiFi - yay. Orbi Mesh system installed New housekeeping team. We have improved and upgraded all aspects of our turnovers Refreshed Decor Please note: there are \*NO\* checkout "chores" at our units. It was clean, beds were comfortable and the location fit our needs perfectly. The restaurant across the street served a delicious breakfast and it was easy to get downtown for our Broadway show. It was a bit "dated" with plug ins that weren't super convenient for charging devices, and lacked a dishwasher (which was stated in the listing, so I wasn't expecting it, but if that is something you need, keep that in mind). I think this give it character and wouldn't keep me from staying here in the future. Price was reasonable and we didn't lack for anything. The house was clean, peaceful and felt like home right off the bat. The atmosphere of the home also felt uniquely creative, so I was able to paint, draw and journal with ease.
