when we arrived ,we had a few issues one being the maintenance guy we asked him a couple off questions and the way he answered us was pretty unprofessional and just the attitude.Front staff were ok but still not as nice as they could of been.property wasn't to bad to stay in. but we survied the night and move to a different place the next day the only reason we did not move that night as we booked on expedia and would have been a hassel

We loved our stay at Oxford Suites. It was to celebrate our anniversary and I couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. It’s walking distance to a mall and many restaurants. It’s also near walking paths along the river. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They offer a hot breakfast with fresh fruit and an evening social that was delightful.

When we checked in they assigned us room 125 and it absolutely stunk! The minute we opened the door even our seven year old son was asking what that awful smell was. Kudos to the front desk agent as after a call to her manager she offered us a new room. I did wonder…when I offered her to come and evaluate the smell of the first room she just said that she totally believed me. Made me wonder if they are well aware that they have some rooms with odour issues that they knowingly try to pass off to Expedia customers.

This was the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. We could hear whole conversations of people on neighboring rooms. Was woken up by the hair dryer of the room next door, and kept up late by talking. Really thin walls, and small bathrooms .

We were unable to get any sleep on our 3rd night due to slamming doors on our floor from about 12am to 230 am. I felt the staff should have intervened to stop whatever was going on, especially due to the fact it was open from our floor to the main lobby area.

We enjoyed our time here. Nice pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna. The breakfast was nice. Maybe add waffles. We enjoyed beer and wine at the social gathering in the evening. Get there early as the snacks are put away by 8. What would be nice to add in the shower is a string line to hang up swim suits. Overall a very nice stay.

Always love staying at Oxford Suites! Always the best and most friendly service staff! The rooms are always clean and having a small suite is so much nicer than a regular hotel room. This particular place is across from the mall which has a lot of dining options we could walk to. The centennial trail is also there which is awesome for some very peaceful and beautiful river walks. The only thing we thought could use some improvement - there was no bath mat to prevent slipping in the shower and no hand rails. One or the other would be good to have.

Such a great find for our regular stop in Spokane between Oregon and Montana to see family! The hotel is pet friendly, in a great location (so close to food options and shopping) and the complimentary happy hour was a great bonus coming in off hours on the road. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, the bed was comfy and I appreciate the special, custom lemongrass toiletries in the bathroom. We’ll be back!

The front staff was great on check in. They accommodated our request for higher level. Room was not as clean as normally - tv stand was broken and tv was tilting to the side and if you touched it, it felt like it was going to fall off we put a cup under it to hold it in one spot. the counters were sticky and there was a sock in the closet evening reception was great and great staff on heading out the next day, we asked if our room would be cleaned up and the front staff said that they would make sure it was - i watched as she entered something into the computer (the only reason I asked is that when we were there a week ago - our room did not get cleaned on the second day and we were told that "we had not requested it" I have never done this before, at this hotel or any other hotel. Used to be if you did NOT want your room done you left a sign on the door or you let the front know that you did not want it done. Regardless, I wanted it done and that is why I stopped at the front desk before leaving for the day. This did NOT HAPPEN. we came back to the room not done. When I called the front, I was told "oh well I guess they were busy or did not get the message" I asked if it could get done now and was told that everyone had left for the day. She said she would send some up to empty garbage, bring towels, coffee, etc. A gentleman came up with towels only and left. The next morning we assumed that the breakfast would go to 10 as it was a holiday - it didn't (presid
