This house was designed for comfort and peace of mind to offer the ideal retreat while staying in Spokane. Do note that this is the lower unit of a duplex. Although there are no shared spaces whatsoever, you may hear footsteps upstairs from time to time. IMPORTANT: To ensure peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options for damage protection: a small, one-time non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (our most convenient and guest-preferred option) or a fully refundable Security Deposit, returned after your stay if no damage is reported. Just a warning that the second bedroom which has two bunks that can sleep a total of 6 people is very uncomfortable. Not only are the mattresses themselves uncomfortable, but they squeak VERY loudly any time you move even slightly. My husband and I slept in there with two kids and barely slept all night due to the squeaking sounds. ##### Sage C. Comfortable beds and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and close to great restaurants and a coffee shop just steps away. The location is perfect for direct access to all areas in Spokane.
