That said if you do not honestly state the number of people in your party including visitors it will result in a loss of your damage deposit and potential additional cleaning charges. \* LET US KNOW AT LEAST A WEEK IN ADVANCE IF THE NUMBER OF GUESTS CHANGES. 14\. HOUSE POLICY, DISCOUNTS & PAYMENTS: a. Weekly discounts are not in addition to the monthly discount. b. Posted rates are for the first couple. There is a $14.00 fee per additional guest per night. When submitting an inquiry, please include all information regarding guests and visitors. d. If you check-in with more guests than what is on your reservation and the total number of guests does not exceed 9, you will be charged an extra fee of $100 per person per night over what is on your reservation. If you check-in with more than 9, your reservation will be terminated and we will keep the total cost of the reservation. e. Once you check-in, you will not be able to add/invite more guests for the duration of your stay without prior written approval of management. f. We do not provide housekeeping services after check-in. It is guest responsibility to stock up on amenities and groceries during your stay. 15\. The hot tub we didn't use, because we all forgot to pack swim trunks. The house itself was was perfect for the three of us with two bedrooms to spare. I wouldn't recommend more than 5-6 people total. It would get a bit chummy. But it is a great house. The kitchen area is smallish, but as long as you aren't entertaining 10 people and cooking up a mess of food it is perfectly fine.I highly recommend this place.But do your food shopping before you get there. Did not like the cleanliness of the place. Had to wash tablecloth because of all the food spills, the bathroom floors and trim were disgusting, and the visible dust bunnies and garbage under the furniture and dirt in crevices of chair. Did not like the additional fees for more than two people. My mother only stayed over two nights but I was charged extra for the entire stay. Did not like the list of cleaning to be done after the place was booked. Be upfront about it. ##### Cher V.
