Walk to parks, coffee shops, or drive to work to the hospitals in a few minutes, or downtown in 5mins. This place has been a quiet oasis for many nurses and out of town doctors. Our quiet and safe home offers 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, with an updated and bright kitchen and bath. Large bedroom upstairs and unfinished and open basement if you like to workout from home Please review the Welcome Guide or house manual for any questions. The House Rules are as follows: NO SHOES: shoes off inside, please help us keep the place clean NO MAILING PACKAGES (RECEIVING OR SENDING) NO PETS OF ANY KIND NO EXCESSIVE GUESTS NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY). This is an established neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Please respect our neighbors. All noise level must be minimal after 10pm. We do not want any complaints. Violation of this will results in a termination of your reservation and the security deposit (if collected) will be retained. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your understanding. We wanted a “home away from home” and that’s exactly what this home was. We were 5 mins from the hospital and could come and go for meals and walks in the park. Huckleberries was a staple for many meals as were a few lovely places downtown. I can’t thank Evan enough for his patience and hospitality in a very stressful time. We felt so much better having a warm and comfortable environment each night to come home too. We could cook and enjoy meals at home as well as grab food and bring it back and enjoy at the house.
