We've traveled a long way and stayed in a number of hotels. This is the best we have stayed at! Comfy bed, and picturesque views of the walking trail and rushing water behind it! ❤️

Let me tell you. IF you have a room looking at pool ( pool was closed when we were there) crack you're window. The rushing water will put you to sleep. Or just take a walk in the park behind the hotel. AMAZING!!!!! Hotel was clean and everyone at the front desk was amazing, breakfast was spot on!!! If your a late night site at the bar,Ben the bartender was the best( the others were amazing also dont get me wrong) Ben was there for march madness when i was there!!! Over all spend the extra few bucks. Its definitely worth it.

Any time there is something that is out of service or not working all hotel guest should get pricing lowered or comped something else to make up the lack of the other “amenities “ the hotel claims to provide. Upon arrival I was definitely not greated by the concierge… but more like looked at as another needy customer. My booking reservation was made threw Expedia there price was quoted to me at$187. For the deluxe king size bed. The room was dirty to say the least. We ended up having to switch rooms! My main concern tho is the total price I see on my credit card $286.49…and another charge for $38.15. The employee at the front desk told me that there would be a refund of some charges after check out. I am not seeing this. Also how does a price go from $187 to $286.49. I suggest you reach out to me immediately to resolve this issue. I will be sending out a letter to Expedia, and the head quarters of the Davenport Hotel. The good: The room was nice and big. Enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub and the balcony. It was pretty close to everything. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. The bad: the room was not clean. First we seen a pair of dirty socks by the door and then there was stains on the sheets and blankets. The staff did give us new bedding and said they would take off the fees. We also paid for the breakfast which they offered quite a few choices but it was bland and the sausage didn't seem cooked..

We came for a weekend getaway for my husband's birthday. The TV was on the fritz, so they upgraded us to a riverview king suite with a private balcony. We didnt have to ask for anything. The staff went above and beyond to take care of us. The Centennial is a choice hotel in the best location. I've stayed in a couple other hotels in Spokane and the Centennial is by far the best!

This property itself is beautiful but this is the second time ive stayed here and it will be the last. I booked through expedia and when I tried to check-in their system wasnt showing my booking. I gave them my confirmation number and still nothing. I waiting an hour, which shortened up my already super late check at almsot midnight before they were finally able to check me in. The room was nice other than the dirty sock, a use cotton swab used to clean someones ear and a pait of toenail clippers. I also inspected the bed with my UV light and yep, it picked up body fluids. I took pictures of all this and intented on posting them. I dont see anywhere to do so. I tried to use my voucher that I had to pay for but they had only one person working and in 30 minutes I never saw them so I went back to my room. The property is beautiful and its a shame its still has the same issues I experienced before the remodel. I cannot believe the Davenport would let this Hotel operate this way. This was a complete waste of my money, especially for just 11 hours. I will never do business with them or any of the Davenports again.

We stayed for State B Basketball so the location was perfect. Check in was easy and the atmosphere during this time was exciting. The only thing we did not like was the breakfast buffet that was served. The eggs and potatoes were cold. It would have been nice to be able to have the option of ordering off the menu.

We’ve stayed at this property for years, even before it was the Centennial. This was hands down our worst experience. We had a 2 queen room that overlooked the park and it was the smallest room I have ever stayed in at a hotel. We had our suitcases laid out in the hallway by the bathroom due to lack of space. And I knew this upon booking, but my kids were extremely disappointed that the pool was outdoors and not indoors. The beds were uncomfortable and warped. And the biggest issue, which is not necessarily the hotels fault, but our room was in a further away wing from the lobby and 2 out of the 3 nights we were there, we were woken up at midnight by a group of kids that were screaming, running and banging on doors. My husband handled it, but the hotel should do a better job of monitoring rooms/areas that are further away from the lobby. Aside from the negative, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and the buffet breakfast was good. Unfortunately we will probably not choose to stay here again.
