Soak in the private hot tub, rally in the game room, or gather around the fire pit with a drink in hand. Two stylish living rooms, a chef-ready kitchen, and a spacious fenced yard make it perfect for families, friends, or any celebration. This home brings the space, the style, and the vibe for a stay you won’t forget. The Space: You'll enter the home into the open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen. The island has cooktop and 4 bar chairs. The chef's kitchen is equipped with coffee, basic spices, cookware, dishes, silverware and cups. It's where you'll also find the ping pong paddles, and hot tub key. The living room has comfortable sofas and a coffee table, a smart TV with apps downloaded so you can login and stream your favorite services. Large picture windows let in plenty of natural light. Off the kitchen is a split staircase. Downstairs, you'll find a second living room with rocking chairs, bar seating and No-Li beer neon light, dart board, bathroom with laundry inside, and bedroom with queen bed. Upstairs, you'll find the twin bedroom with two single beds, a king bedroom, a shared bathroom, and the primary king room with en-suite bathroom. The dining room leads out onto the patio, to the hot tub and the spacious back yard. The paved patio has outdoor seating, ping pong table, Blackstone propane grill, hot tub which is locked to prevent unsupervised/unauthorized use, and room for your pet to roam. Just down the street, you can access the river for wading around or fishing in high season. You may use our wood fire pit when there's no burn ban. Wood is not provided, but can be purchased at Ace Hardware nearby. The home has central air conditioning and central heat. You're certain to have an enjoyable stay at this home! Pets are allowed but are not allowed on any furniture. We do charge a $20 non-refundable pet fee per night for first pet. Additional pets are $10 per night. Pet fees are nonrefundable and will be requested through the resolution center after the reservation is confirmed and prior to your stay. Pet fees must be paid prior to check in or your door code will not function at the time of check in. We do have a recording device on the outside of the home for safety and security. Camera(s) do record video and sound, but we respect guest privacy so we only look at the cameras if an issue arises during or after your stay. The front camera is a Ring camera at the front door and faces the street. No cameras are mounted in, nor do they face/record any private, guest-only areas. We do require guests to e-sign a vacation rental agreement for stays of any length prior to check in. We request guests fill out a check-in form so that we can best prepare for your stay. Non-Airbnb Guests: Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to request to screen identity and check criminal databases to confirm reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. Guest Access: Guests have primary access to the home, but property manager is local and available if guests need anything. Check in was very easy and property had all ammenities needed for comfortable stay. Really enjoyed the area and local golf course Wandamere is very nice. This property was in need of many repairs and attention. We had a few safety concerns as we had 4 of our grandchildren with us, all under the age of 5\. One of which was a very low hanging wire from the house to utility pole. HVAC did not cool upstairs bedrooms making it unbearably hot. Game areas had broken darts and paddles. The pool table was moved into the garage which makes sense, however there were no other outdoor games present. There was pet hair everywhere if you aren't allergic, no issues, if you are avoid. There is not enough seating at the table to play board games even a folding chair would've been a nice addition. We selected this place based on previous reviews and we're sorely disappointed! It is okay not great. We chose this home 7 months ago for a family event, requiring the exact configuration. The decor is attractive and we were grateful for basic cleaning (bed sheets, 2/3 bathrooms, most of kitchen). Beyond this (inside kitchen drawers, on carpeted surfaces, on walls and windows, in basement shower) the house was filthy and desperately in need of maintenance/repairs. We spent hours scrubbing dishes/pots/pans with food stuck to them, wiping dog slobber off of sliders, fingerprints/food from kitchen surfaces, and dirt from prominent walls. The carpet is absolutely filthy. Even though they voluntarily refunded our cleaning fee (the minimum), we were disturbed by how the ambiguous management team (Smart Host Vacation Rentals) handled the situation. We exchanged messages both through VRBO and on 3 outside numbers. The contact shifted confusingly and was uninformed, so we had to re-explain repeatedly. In our final exchange, the manager (?) asserted we should leave and they would refund remaining nights, implying they knew they couldn't earn a 5 star review. We felt vulnerable/threatened, as we had nowhere to go. They reported 80 open rentals for 8 people. We searched and found zero with our parameters. Our needs were more than 8 pillows, but they didn't ask. We were effectively silenced by a poorly run management team, who throughout our stay, solicited a 5 star review through automated text/email. ##### Marsi R. The outside was a huge disappointment, as it was unkept and so dirty. The hot tub had very low water, was very dirty, and had broken wood hanging off of it. The area was just unkept and we didn't spend any time out there, which was so disappointing, as we planned to BBQ and use the firepit and hot tub. You would think if clients were coming to use the property, a little more care would be done, to welcome them, with a mowed lawn, clean patio, and working hot tub. ##### Kris T. Some confusion about checkout time this morning, we thought we had till 11:00, listed different in booklet.Stovetop tea kettle inside chipping off, we chose not to use.Nice quiet comfortable sleepLower level toilet rocks and stand is quite wiggly.Hot tub 102 degrees, nice and clean. We didn’t spend a ton of time in the home as we were in town for the State Basketball Tournament. About a 20 minute drive from downtown Spokane. Plenty of amenities within a 5 min drive. The silverware is only enough to get through 1 meal with a family of 6\. I would upgrade and I would replace the ping pong table if you continue to advertise. It is not in working order.
