You will have the entire House & Yard to yourself! We promise your rental will be clean, safe, and true to what you saw online! Self Check-ins are always smooth, and we're here 24/7 to answer any questions. Enjoy this historic 1910's Craftsman home. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry machine and a dryer (detergent & softener sheets included). Brand new AC unit, reliable Gig internet and a large smart LED TV. Hardwood floors throughout the main level, clawfoot tub for a relaxing soak, or step in and use the shower. Enjoy your morning coffee listening to the birds on the back porch. A large fully fenced back yard and fire pit only for your use. Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Please disclose these companions prior to travel. Great for families or business travelers with easy access to I90 HWY. 10 minutes to Downtown, 12 minutes to all hospitals (VA is even closer), and 3 blocks to Safeway, Walgreens, and many popular restaurants. 100 feet to the bus line that takes you directly downtown. Spokane is the largest part of the Spokane-Coeur d’Alene combined area and because of the natural layout and scenic areas within a reasonable distance, the area is best experienced by a private vehicle. There are recording cameras on the Exterior ONLY of the house used for security purposes only.
