This hotel is very convenient to just about everything in Spokane, clean, quiet, nice amenities, and the extremely comfortable Davenport beds!! Only down part of our stay was having to ask 4 times for more shower gel.

The property from the outside and lobby are beautiful. We arrived with nobody at the front desk to help us. We waited long enough I finally called the hotel phone number so that somebody could send someone to the front desk.
Our room was beautiful and perfectly clean but the walks were paper thin. From one side we could hear the neighbors TV and the other side the young adults were so incredibly noisy at 3am my husband had to get out of bed and go knock on their door and ask them to tone it down so we could try to go back to sleep.
In addition, even though the bed had five pillows they were all too fat and none of them were different as to accommodate someone who needed a smaller one. I slept with a rolled up towel for a pillow.
We would not stay here again.

Loved it. A great place. We left a necklace at the hotel, and my pal called in and filled out the necessary information, but has yet to hear any work--one week later. Pretty bummed about the lack of follow up.

Great view of the park and the river, the jetted tub was nice (though it more jets would have been better) and very spacious the bathroom was very small and the exhaust fan needed maintenance and was quite loud also the previous guest’s leftovers were still in the rooms mini fridge which wasn’t very cold so they stunk and made the fridge stink the bed and pillows were too soft for my taste

The surrounding parks and river walk are lovely if you walk in a group. I felt rather unsafe in the area due to the homeless population camped out in the parks and underpasses. I suggest having a walking partner.

Being adjacent to Spokane Falls was outstanding! Or view was amazing. We had a balcony and sat on it, had a brewski and, at bedtime, kept the slider open and listened to the waterfall and watched the Pavillion lights dance.

Nice overlooking Riverfront Park and Spokane river. Nice walkable distance to Convention Center, shops and dining. Right off trail that is good for biking, walking, roller blading walking dog. Not super fond of dark decor (i.e-black carpet). Liked the L'Occitane soap and shampoo and conditioner. Could use more elevators.

Let me tell you. IF you have a room looking at pool ( pool was closed when we were there) crack you're window. The rushing water will put you to sleep. Or just take a walk in the park behind the hotel. AMAZING!!!!!

If your a late night site at the bar,Ben the bartender was the best( the others were amazing also dont get me wrong) Ben was there for march madness when i was there!!! Over all spend the extra few bucks. Its definitely worth it.

Any time there is something that is out of service or not working all hotel guest should get pricing lowered or comped something else to make up the lack of the other “amenities “ the hotel claims to provide. Upon arrival I was definitely not greated by the concierge… but more like looked at as another needy customer. My booking reservation was made threw Expedia there price was quoted to me at$187. For the deluxe king size bed. The room was dirty to say the least. We ended up having to switch rooms!
My main concern tho is the total price I see on my credit card $286.49…and another charge for $38.15.
The employee at the front desk told me that there would be a refund of some charges after check out. I am not seeing this. Also how does a price go from $187 to $286.49.
I suggest you reach out to me immediately to resolve this issue. I will be sending out a letter to Expedia, and the head quarters of the Davenport Hotel.

The good: The room was nice and big. Enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub and the balcony. It was pretty close to everything. The staff seemed friendly and helpful.
The bad: the room was not clean. First we seen a pair of dirty socks by the door and then there was stains on the sheets and blankets. The staff did give us new bedding and said they would take off the fees. We also paid for the breakfast which they offered quite a few choices but it was bland and the sausage didn't seem cooked..
