The Neighborhood: Spokane has slowly been transforming, and the South Perry District was one of the first neighborhoods to come into its own. Not long ago, the district was a rundown area. It’s now thriving, filled with funky shops and eateries, and it’s one of the most diverse places in Spokane. Conveniently located just south of downtown, it’s an easy Lime scooter or drive. This location was perfect; the neighborhood was safe and cute. The parking was easy (street parking) and there were several good places to eat in walking distance. The studio was very clean and the property manager was fantastic! We requested an early check in and we’re able to get it. I would recommend this location and I will stay there again. ##### Emily R.
