Great location!
Amazing location close to beach and good transport links to split, trogir and the airport. The staff were lovely and helpful. Had an issue in the room that the resolved immediately. Cleaners were really friendly too! Incredible views from the balcony. The pool didn’t get really busy which was nice. The whole hotel was very clean. Nice stay in a lovely place!

Staff were welcoming and helpful and swimming pool was nice. Hotel room was on 1sr floor and you could hear any noise from outside the room. Walk to Kastela was lovely and nice restaurants around 15 mins away

We booked last minute and saw there was a swimming pool and it was more expensive and looked more luxury so we said lets do it. Then it did not live up to our expectations The staff were definitely very friendly and genuinely helpful But swimminv pool not in use very disappointing as this was what sold us. In comparisons the night before 5 mins down the road we had the best sea front view from the hotel restaurant out front Outstanding breakfast super helpful and friendly Plus a lot cheaper

What a wonderful treasure this Hotel is! We had a group of 11, so staying in this smaller hotel was perfect. The staff (and I wish I could remember everyone's names!) were incredible, hospitable and very accommodating. Breakfast was a wonderful variety, and sitting oceanfront in the bar at night time was a perfect way to end the day! The hotel is in a great location - close enough to easily get to Split by Uber or bus, but far enough away to escape the crowds and enjoy some oceanside quiet. There are great restaurants and bars in walking distance, particularly Baletna Skola. I highly recommend this hotel, particularly for the wonderful staff and gorgeous location!

This is a our second visit here and as last time the staff were most welcoming and friendly. Despite the owners deciding not to run the resteraunt, this little hotel remains one of our favourite. Its location as a base for traveling around Croatia is second to none.

Hidden treasure! With 16 rooms this little hotel has everything one could want right in the beautiful coast. It’s comfort and cleanliness only surpassed by the helpful, friendly staff. Hotel Villa Zarko is a very pleasant place not far from the historic cities of Split and Trogir. Hotel offers quiet and comfortable rooms. Bathroom spacious with shower's water massage offering good pressure. To start your day the hotel offers a great plentiful buffet breakfast ( included ). Hotel staff is friendly , helpful and informative. Check out the local restaurant by the sea, "Baletna Skola". Beach very close to hotel.

Great hotel, beautiful location
This quiet boutique hotel features 16 guest rooms, of which 14 have access to private balconies. The bedrooms are spread over the upper 2 floors of the hotel, while the ground floor houses the reception, retaurant and gym (with accesss to the hotel pool). The hotel provides sea views and is less than a minute's walk from the beach. Our compact, second floor room held a huge double bed, along with a small single, a desk with built in minibar and a large fitted wardrobe that provided good storage. Double french doors opened on to a large balcony with sea views. The private en suite bathroom was shower only, but more than adequate for our stay. A flat screen tv was also available and the wifi reception was excellent. The hotel provided a decent breakfast with buffet or cooked options and, while closed in the evenings, there were very good restaurants within a 10 minute walk along the sea front in either direction, as well a range of cafe bars that were even closer. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, with the contracted taxi drivers (a husband and wife team, who work with the hotel) being particularly helpful. Thoroughly recommended!

Lovely Accommodations Near Split
This small hotel was perfect for exploring Split. Located just 20 minutes from City Center and directly across the street from beach access. The staff were helpful and friendly and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast with coffee made to order.
