Great host, convenient location, clean room

Host was very friendly and helpful, going over and beyond to accommodate us (meeting us at check-in, providing us with information about local food & wine, allowing us to park at the hotel during our island cruise, excellent & fast communication). The room was clean and modern, included toiletries, a hair dryer and slippers. Walking location to the old town.

Amazing location and super kind owner

The hotel owner was extremely kind and helpful with everything. Location is super with a 10 min walk to the port. Room is neat and clean and I would definitely stay there again.

Good sized room with a small but functional kitchen which was a bonus. The bathroom was OK but it had no window so it got very hot and even with the a/c on the temperature in the bedroom never really seemed to feel comfortable

Ótimo apartamento

Ótima localização. Apartamento moderno, bem mobiliado e espaçoso. A esposa do Valentin nos recebeu e foi super solicita. A rua em frente ao apartamento é um pouco barulhenta no período da manhã, pois próxima a escola. Adoramos nossa hospedagem.

Meget hjælpsom vært

Vi blev meget venligt hjulpet af værten flere gange. Lejligheden lå i gå-afstand fra centrum. Der var supermarked og bager meget tæt ved. Gratis privat parkering. Det var dog lidt svært at finde, og nummeret der stod i bookingen var ikke rigtigt, men vi kunne let google det rigtige nummer til værten.

올드타운까지 도보 5~10분 거리이고 입구를 찾기가 어려웠으나 전화하면 바로 나와주셔서 가방까지 들어 주셔서 엘리베이터가 없었지만 불편하지 않았어요.

Kaikki oli paikallaan mitä luvattiin, ilmastointi, pieni jääkaappi, johon mahtui vesipullot ja muutama satunnainen olut, siisti huoneisto kaikin puolin. "Deluxe" on ehkä vähän yliampuva, mutta menköön markkinoinnin piikkiin. Hieno lisä oli "helpdesk" ,josta pystyi noutamaan puhtaita pyyhkeitä, lakanoita, vessapaperia jne. aina tarpeen mukaan. Sisustus on pelkistetty, mutta niin kauan kun huonetta käyttää pääasiassa nukkumiseen, niin ajaa asiansa. Kannattaa ottaa isännän puhelinnumnero talteen, koska varsinaista vastaanottoa/päivystystä ei ole. Muutenkin he olivat äärimmäisen avuliaita ja heiltä kannattaa kysyä vinkejä parhaista retkistä ja nähtävyyksistä.

地図を見て行っても場所がわかりません。 通りには、公的な看板がありますが、そこからたどり着くのに苦労しました。 通りから中に入り、 一切案内のない建物の階段を登って見つけました。 スタッフが常駐していないので電話をして来てもらわないといけませんでした。 英語が得意でないので、なかなか伝わらず2度目の電話でようやく来てくれました。 現地に着いてからチェックインまで1時間以上かかりました。 チェックアウトも同様で事前に時間を連絡し、来てもらわないといけません。 海外で電話を使いたくない人にはオススメしません。

Few minutes walk to the Old Town

A nice place to stay when visiting Split and having a car to park. Valenti Rooms has free private parking in the backyard. (Call ahead to receive instructions) Nice room - appeared newly renovated. The host was vey helpful in making the stay as pleasant as possible. Highly recommended.

Very good and clean new room

Stayed 1 night here with 3 persons Total. Very good located near old center of Split, less than 10 minutes walk. Neighboorhood is old but not disturbing...then when going into the rooms, you will see a bright nice new room completly new (in August 2018). Free private parking enclosed area and free wifi. Only 1 thing to remind: the bathroom has light switches (as normally), but also 1 to switch the boiler, so make sure this 1 is not switched off during the night, else the water needs to be heated for some time (half hour to An hour), a small thing but maybe this can be marked on the switch.

Flotte rene værelser.

Flotte pæne og rene værelser, sød ejer der var der da vi ankom, da vi ankom viste han os på et kort hvor vi var og hvordan vi kom ned i byen, samt fortalte de ting der var værd at vide, og hvilke strand vi skulle tage til. Cebteum ligger kort derfra, 5min gåtur , så er du på gågaden med restauranter og butikker. Han var sød til at svare på de spørgsmål vi havde. Kan dog være lidt svært at finde da det ligger inden i en gård, men en af de lokale kom os til undsætning. Vi nød vores ophold. Rigtigt godt til hvis man skal tilbringe et par dage i byen.
