Très bon emplacement. La terrasse en arrière cour est sympa. Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas bon. Attention si vous êtes en voiture, il est très difficile de se garer dans les alentours.

Bra hotell i centrala satn
Hotellet låg inne i den gamla delen av staden så troligen var inte huset avsett för ett hotell till en början. Rummet var ok men hotellet saknade tex frukost eller annat som hör moderna hotell till. Men detta fanns lätt tillgängligt utanför hotellet. Bra service när det fanns någon i receptionen.

I would definitely recommend this small apartment. The location was perfect, clean, quiet, safe. My only negative comment is the kitchen was useless, but it did have a nice fridge.

Room was cosy. Kettle supplied to make a cuppa. Plus for me. Very close to everything. About 10min walk from airport bus shuttle dropoff. Everything was clise supermarket restaurants. Really the perfect location.

The front desk staff was very attentive. The room was compact but clean and fresh. We really enjoyed our stay there... including the patio seats outside and how quiet it was inside the walls and yet just a step out to all that the Old Town had to offer. We would definitely go back.

Easy walk to everything
I would stay here again. Well located, easy to walk places yet quiet at night. “Luxury “ a bit of exaggeration but clean and neat, had a small fridge. Bed comfortable. Lots of places to eat very close. 20-minutes walk to beach. Historic area 5-minutes walk. Our only problem was that no one was available at 2pm for our check in, and it was very hot outside, we were tired, and we couldn’t drop off luggage. Two employees arrived 2:20 and after that, all went smoothly. Luka was especially helpful.

Mixed experience
The positives: location is great, the bed and pillows were very good as was assistance from the front desk. The downsides: located adjacent to a street that could be quite noisy at night, overall value for the money was not good and housekeeping was minimal- the room was serviced once over a 5 night stay and simple amenities like coffee were not replenished except by request.

Such a comfortable room near the center of Old Town Split! We stayed in August on a very hot night, but it was cool and pleasant with great A/C! Highly recommend!

Trevligt och mycket centralt
Perfekt beläget. Gullig entré men kanske svårt att hitta helt rätt utan skylt utanför. Kände till området så enkelt när man varit där. Rummet var fräscht och svalt luftkonditionerat. Skön säng. Badrummet lagom stort men duschen var lite knepig. Handduschen var lös men orkade inte klaga. Det gick bra ändå. Ingen städning alls. Allt i Split kallas luxury rooms men nån lyx är det inte. Dock trevligt och fint.

Unhelpful and money grabbing policy
Although the check in time is listed as 2-10pm, the reception sent me a message that they closed at 9pm and I was getting off a boat that docked at 8.45pm! I tried to phone and message them that I was calling an Uber in advance and I was rushing to get there with such a tight deadline but they did not answer the phone or my messages which was very stressful. I requested a slightly late check out at 11 or 12, so just a one or two hour grace period but was refused. They accepted my $200 payment for 13 hours but were so money grabbing and unhelpful to not allow me an extra hour or two unless they charged me 50% of the room charge! Zero guest care. Zero service. Zero hospitality. Zero to answering the phone or reading messages also. Money grabbing and selfish policy.

Dear Mark,We are verry sorry but are you sure you are reviewing our place ??? As guests who are taking few hotels in few days sometimes mistake.You are mentioning money grabing and 200 but your payment with us was 85 wich is probably cheapest price in Split city center at the moment.Thank you

Atendimento super simpático e agilizado. Ótima localização. Do hotel você consegue fazer quase tudo a pé , já que ele fica bem no centro histórico de Split, e se precisar de ônibus e perto . Acomodação super confortável e charmosa .

It was so close to everything, yet quiet. Milana, my hostess, was very kind. Also, the price was very reasonable...next door it was more than double the money. I enjoyed my stay!
