Pluses: Quiet, safe, centrally locsted.The room was big enough for a queen bed and that was about it. The room didn't look like the internet photos. No shampoo.The shade was broken, plus one had to walk up 50 steps. Not worth the money. had to walk up fuf

This place was awesome to stay at .. cool and the a/c is great, bed was good but the stove top didn’t work … but no worries, good food all around. A small freezer or ice machine would be lovely! Thank you for a wonderful place to call home!

You could throw a stone and hit the World famous Riva Promenade from the property! Its situated literally seconds walk from the sea-front! We felt like we were on a movie set! You walk out the front door and are literally in the epicentre of Split old town! Charming room with exposed walls and the best aircon and bed we have ever experienced. Karlos made our trip though. Gave us the warmest Croatian welcome ever and left us with tons of amazing recommendations! He went above and beyond for us out check out and made everything seamlessly easy. Would have no hesitation in recommending this property and the amazing Karlos! Perfect city break proposition and room comes with a tv fridge and shower. We had everything we needed and hope to visit Split again. We will be sure to look up Karlos in this eventuality! Highly reccomend!

Nice location, clean rooms, but teensy.
Fantastic location. I realize European rooms tend to be small, but this way, way too small. There was not enough floor space to open our small suitcases. Neither was there enough room in the closet. The bathroom had similar issues. They really need to put up hooks / towel racks so there is a bit more space beyond the one small shelf.

We had a great stay. Super helpful check in and nice, clean, modern room with soundproof windows. Was just a little bit cramped for 2 people with luggage. But location was perfect.

Facility can be enhanced a bit more
the basic facility will be perfect, if there is bigger table or a foldable board attached to wall is available. Currently the room only has small tables besides the bed, no other place to let you put the things on. I had to put everything else, besides the luggage and clothes, on the other side of the big double bed. Luckily I travelled alone.

Perfect stay!
This place is amazing -- perfect location, impeccably clean, great design, excellent air conditioning, comfortable bed, and completely quiet at night. Also, Toma was an incredible host to help us get checked in, show us the place, and give us some wonderful recommendations to explore in town -- he was super friendly and helpful.

Location was great room was good not luxury in our opinion. Glass shower door was falling off the rails. Shower was very small. However it was in a perfect location for walking around Split. Lots of dining choices. If you are driving do your research on parking as there is none available at the hotel. Had to pay for parking a 10 minute walk away. Not a huge deal as the room is located right in the old town so we understand that there is no onsite parking. Parking can be expensive but the staff recommended a parking area 1.50 euros/hr. Reasonable for the area.

Nice room and location but no housekeeping
Excellent location and room a decent size. On check-in Toma said to text him if we needed housekeeping or anything at all, which we did and he said he'd come round to empty bins and change towels, but he never came and we had no housekeeping for 4 nights, which was a bit grim.

The perfect place to stay in Spilt. Right in the center of the town with everything on your doorstep. Lovely room with everything you need. Staff were excellent, great airport transfer with Ivica, our host Thomas could not have been more helpful! Providing recommendations on places to go, where to eat and anything else you could possibly want! Would highly recommend!
