Wir haben uns in der Residence Stine sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick aus dem 4. Stock auf die Stadt war traumhaft. Auch war man innerhalb von 5 min in der Altstadt. Frühstück war okay, positiv war, dass Eierspeisen frisch zubereitet wurden. Sehr toll, wäre im Bad ein Kosmetik-/Vergrößerungsspiegel gewesen.

Great find in Split.
Residence Stine is well located in the old town of Split, with everything you will want close by. The small hotel is new and modern in the heart of a three century old community, with winding lanes and passageways, The staff is great and welcoming. When back in Split, We will stay here again.

Beautiful, modern , clean hotel in the midst of quant, charming , historic area. Located in area with narrow cobblestone streets. 800 meters walk on cobblestone lane from road accessible by midsized car. Staff was fabulous. Let us stow our luggage after checkout while we went on a tour

Great hotel, lovely and clean, great staff - must have been full because we ended up in the handicap accessible room, which was spacious and clean, but located directly behind the registration desk so not as private and couldn't really use the windows to see out.

Lovely hotel but avoid Room 1
A beautiful hotel in a great location for seeing all the sights Split and getting to fabulous restaurants and bars. It has been recently upgraded and everything has been done to a very high standard. We booked 2 rooms and stayed in room 1 and room 3. We paid more for room 3 (which is on the first floor) but are unclear why there is a price difference as it is identical in every way to the cheaper room 1. Our biggest issue was the noise in room 1 which is accessed from a door beside the hotel reception desk. There is no sound insulation and we could hear everything said in the reception from our room while reception was open 8am to 8pm. This room also has a window directly onto a street and despite having the windows closed at night we could hear people and motor bikes practically the whole night. It was so bad on our second night my mum didn’t get to sleep until 4am due to the noise. The third issue creating noise is there is a patio door from the room into the breakfast room so more noise as soon as breakfast service started. Other family staying in room 3 were not affected by noise issues so I think the problem is this room. I would stay in the hotel again but not in room 1!

Litet och familjärt.
Väldigt bra ställe. Vänlig personal, litet (endast nio rum) och personligt. Vi vill absolut komma tillbaka. Det ligger kanonfint till och personalen är lyhörd och hjälpsam. De hjälper till med en som hämtar och lämnar till eller från flygplatsen för 45 euro. Små minus. Vi fick säga till om toapapper vid ett par tillfällen. Städerskorna fyllde inte på varken det eller duschtvål utan att man sade till. Golven förblev ostädade under hela perioden. Det bäddades sängar på städningen. Frukosten var inte stor (så klart med så få gäster) men det var frukt, grönt, lite pålägg, några frallor och kakor, kaffe, te, vatten och juice. Sen bad man Judith eller ngn annan att steka lite ägg å bacon samt koka gröt till en och det var gott. Absolut en rekommendation från min sida.

The reception staff Jalena and other lady were very friendly and helpful. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable about what to do in Split. Property was well maintained and very clean. Other than parking, it was very pleasant and relaxing experience.

Residence Stine, definitely a gem.
The hotel is perfectly located within a few minutes walk of the promenade. It is within a quiet area, away from the tourists. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. I happened to stay in the off season, and I was the only guest for the night and they treated me like a VIP. The chef came in to make a breakfast for me that was perfect. She was just as warm and friendly. At first I wanted to cancel my breakfast and didn't want to trouble them to make a one person breakfast, but they refused to take my suggestion. Such warm and friendly hospitality. The next morning they allowed me to leave my luggage at the front desk while I did some more exploring before I was due to the airport. I will definitely stay here again. In April of 2020 they are opening a new hotel that is bigger and just as centrally located and has suites. I will try to stay here on my next visit as well. Thanks to all the lovely staff for my pleasant stay!

Definitely the best hotel!
Residence Stine is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It was very clean, and nice facilities, also recommend the breakfast at the hotel. Not only was the location and the hotel in itself amazing, but the staff is really what makes this hotel ten times better. They are all so helpful no matter what time you ask, and everyone was so friendly and kind! I would be so happy to stay here again and really recommend Residence Stine!

Great location. Residence Stine is in close proximity to restaurants, the palace, the stadiums and other shopping facilities. The hotel is also a convenient accommodation option if you are attending the Ultra Europe music festival. The newly opened hotel has well designed rooms with modern finishes and fittings. The rooms are serviced daily. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast which is prepared by their fantastic and gracious chef. The staff were very helpful and welcoming and made every effort to make our first visit to Split and their hotel a memorable one. I would definitely recommend staying at Residence Stine.

Mycket nöjd med detta helt nya hotell i gamla stan
Hotellet var helt nybyggt i top kvalite´och ligger i gamla stan. Bara 8 rum vilket gjorde att service etc blev på ett bra sätt personlig. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell.
