Booked a twin / receptionist did not have a clue / no help with luggage / condition issues in some areas (would love to share pictures) / construction noise from outside which have been on-going for weeks and the hotel did not even tell us upon check-in or before and we were woken up by a shaking room and noise at 7am on both days. Really unpleasant - reception did not even seem really bothered about this fact. Hotel not even environmently friendly, as they use small toiletries and not no bulk amenities which is very outdated nowadays.

First off, great property and friendly staff. Food is good as well. The ONLY issue I had was that I set up a taxi through the hotel and when we arrived an hour late (no fault of the Radisson, obviously) there was no taxi. We got a taxi at the airport (there were plenty) but I do think the hotel should have kept in touch regarding transportation. Plus our taxi was cheaper than through the hotel.

The room was very modern and the housekeeping staff were amazing. We would go to early breakfast and return and the room would already be clean. Beautiful view and balcony was very nice. Staff very helpful and professional. Buffet breakfast was great as well as the waitstaff

staff were helpfull good choice at breakfast. bar balcony on a night was delightfull. room carpet needed a deep clean but the room was otherwise good. building in places was looking in need of repair and paint beach area was disgusting, they really needed to clear litter and glasses from the night before first thing in the morning. i saw a lot of the beach club male staff just sat around talking as the ladies seemed to do most of the work. the locals take alot of the loungers in the morning before getting kicked off when the club gets going around 11am.

Beautiful hotel but expensive food and drink.
We were able to book a room at short notice after our flight was cancelled. The hotel is beautiful and has fantastic facilities. However, the food and drink prices are ridiculous and we left the hotel to find more reasonable restaurants which are about a 15 minute walk away.

The only issue we had was the staff at the beach towel service. Several of them were quite unhelpful, and not willing to help us find the chairs.

Nice hotel overall. Cleanliness of common areas such as bathroom and spa showers could be improved. Overall sensation that the staff is overloaded (rooms being made at 5pm, one or two staff members to cover the whole beach area) Service okay overall but not always clear communication especially in the regards of the included amenities/service in the beach club. Good bedding, easy to reach the old city of split with the shuttle service provided.

Fine but…
Check in at reception was a very bad experience. Treatment was very unprofessional. Other than that it is a good hotel, nice beach club.

Impressed with the Radisson. For a big ‘corporate’ brand the service from all personnel we came across felt very personal. Concierge was excellent and helped us out of a hole. Breakfast great. Beach club cool but noisy unless you moved away from the bar area. Carwiz rental office onsite was a godsend. Distance from old city/docks not a problem as Uber service is peerless in Split. Would have appreciated summer-weight duvets but otherwise hard to find fault.
