Excellent central location very close to all the amenities like Diocletian's palace and the main Riva promenade, Frane was very helpful and always responded quickly to any questions.

The property was in an excellent location minutes from everything in the old town. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The owner went completely out of his way to arrange our airport transfer, meet us at the apartment to explain everything and had a map prepared with recommendations for things to do/restaurants to eat at. It was an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Right near the main town/old town, great location. Parking is a little difficult if you have a rental car. The renter was very helpful and friendly at check in. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, light, cool, spacious room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed, Quiet location with private gated entrance, close to the palace and seafront. Excellent host with a wealth of local knowledge and recommendations, very charming and accommodating. Highly recommend this as a place to stay and would stay again.

Amazing property, very simple but exactly what you need. Very good location, minutes from everything, the courtyard is gorgeous and a nice place to relax, the bed is very comfortable and the shower is decent. The best part of this property is the host, he was very helpful and informative, and he even gave us some great recommendations for a proper traditional restaurant which turned out to be fantastic, and also gave us some insight into which buses to get and where from to get to other places! Cannot recommend this place enough!

It was amazing, I've never got such a warm welcome, I got lots of tips for sightseeing and delicious croatian food, the room is best equipped, I've really enjoyed my stay, and I definitely want to come back one day!

Perfect for a short trip to split - spacious room with a large bathroom and only a 5 minute walk at most from split town. Also only a 30 second walk from ciri biri Bella, which is a restaurant 100% recommend you try while in split

The rooms are right in the heart of split old town down a lovely quaint road and perfectly located to one of splits best breakfasts in my opinion at Ciri Bili Bella. Would highly recommend!!

Spacious, clean room with excellent facilities in a great location. We had the comfort studio, with a kitchen and balcony, and it was a very comfortable and convenient space. The bathroom was clean and modern. The host was also helpful and provided some great suggestions. It was a lovely base for our time in Split.

Great location, comfortable bed, has AC which you definitely need! There was construction nearby but if the windows were closed you can't hear it. Helpful owner. I'd stay here again.

The Host was very pleasant, and understanding. I got stuck on my navy ship the day I was to return the keys. Instead of being upset he worked with me. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The area was secluded and quiet. I had nothing but a positive experience and if I Mae it back to Croatia I’ll be using his services again..

The host, Frane, was very lovely and helpful. He met us promptly upon arrival and gave some great recommendations for restaurants and attractions. Location was amazing and room was very clean. Felt very safe in a locked gated apartment complex. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

Our room was in a nearby building, which was itself, along with the property- a bit neglected. That said, the owner was great on communication and very helpful. Room was freshly re-done, clean and well provisioned. Location is excellent. Would stay here again

Frane was an excellent host. He met us on our arrival and got us all situated. He had a map for us with some circled spots to make sure we see during our stay which proved to be great recommendations. The place was clean & in a perfect location. If we could rate staff 10 stars, we would. Our trip would not have been nearly as enjoyable without Frane- absolutely amazing- very responsive helpful and courteous. The room was great and the restaurant nearby- Ciri Biri Bella- cannot be missed. Walkable to Old Palace area, tours, shopping, waterfront, grocery, markets, beaches, parks - the list goes on and on!!
