Staff were excellent and very helpful. Location meant everything in the palace was literally right outside your door. Room was beautiful, staff were excellent, couldn't beat the location...right in the best part of the Diocletian palace. Only issue was the room was fairly small. There was also no hidden costs, which we seem to have been surprised with at the end of our stay in a couple of other locations. Much appreciated. Great reception staff friendly and helpful Nice comfortable well appointed room including safe and fast wifi. Quality bedding and nice bathroom. Good wide choice buffet breakfast enjoyed outdoors Located in the old palace close to all the attractions and restaurants, close to bus and ferry terminals. A must is to visit another gem Trogir 40 min bus trip. Make sure the hotel let's you know w how to find it. No direction signs are allowed for any of the hotels in a world heritage site. Lots of good food within 5 mins walk, and have lots of room on youy cameras memory . Very comfortable bed, and modern room. Staff all very helpful. Tosin kun saavuimme receptioniin, meiltä pyydettiin huonevarauksestamme lisähintaa, jonka olimme jo maksaneet varausenteko hetkellä kokonaisuudessaan. Asia saatiin sovittua, emmekä joutuneet maksamaan, muuta kuin kaupunkiveron. Hotelli on hiukan hankala löytää, johtuu sokkeloisesta vanhastakaupungista ja kapeista kujista. Tässä on kaksi hotellia samassa - Jupiter Luxury ja Diocletian. Sijainti on aivan loistava. The only negatives was the wifi was terrible and the housekeeping was not up to par. My sheets were not change in the 7 days I was there. The floors were never vacuumed and bathrooms were not wiped down. Luckily it was only myself (male) traveling but if I was with my wife, it might have been a different story. O hotel é bom e muito bem localizado mas tivemos alguns problemas durante a nossa estadia, que durou apenas um dia, o ralo do chuveiro estava entupido, o que fez com que o banheiro e o quarto alagassem, o secador parou de funcionar e o ar não dava vazão...
