Apartment Daret has just been renovated. It is located in a quiet and resistant part of the city. The apartment has two bedrooms and a living room that can also be a bedroom.   
There are parks and children's playgrounds around the apartment building. On the east side of the building is the primary school and on the west side is the co-cathedral of St. Peter and Paul.   
The distance to Diocletian's Palace is 1410 m. The distance to Bačvice beach is 1170 m.   
There is free parking around the building, and you also have the option of paid parking in the public garage (30 m from the apartment). The supermarket is 50 m away.
