This comfortable apartment is located in a quiet and safe location between Marjan Park and the city center. This is an ideal location for staying near the center of Split if you want to spend a lot of time on the beach and visit the historic center of the city. Experience the Mediterranean to the fullest. Come and spend your vacation with us!  
The space  
The apartment is located on the second floor of a small building and has a separate entrance from a very quiet street.  
Due to its position, it is very practical and easy to use.  
Only 10 minutes on foot to Diocletian's Palace and Riva - the city center, and also the first beach on Marjan. This is the perfect place if you want to explore the city's sights such as Diocletian's Palace, the most beautiful Riva, churches, cathedrals, squares, museums, but also restaurants, beaches and shops.

The air-conditioned unit offers one bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with a sofa bed. The building has a kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom, a hallway and two balconies for relaxation.  
The apartment has two SMART TVs, free Wi-Fi, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine.  
Other things to note  
Supermarket Tommy and a cafe are located 10 meters from the apartment, excellent fast food right opposite the building and a bus stop. There is also a Lidl supermarket in the neighborhood.  
Parking spaces can be found around the building in the neighborhood and sometimes right in front of the building. Many restaurants are nearby when heading towards the Marjan Forest Park or Diocletian's Palace. The Poljud football stadium is also 5 minutes' walk from the apartment.
