It has an air condition and Wi-Fi internet and is in the quiet neighbourhood. There's plenty of free parking spots around, basically closest location to the old town where you can park for free. \*\*\*\*\* About the apartment: Welcome bottle of excellent local wine is free. :) You'll enjoy your stay in this comfortable, fully equipped two bedroom apartment. This is nice and comfortable air-conditioned apartment on the first floor in a residential building in center of Split. It's located in a quiet neighbourhood near the Diocletian's Palace, Split seafront and forest park Marjan. Green market and pharmacy are right next to the entrance to the building, and shopping mall "Joker" is just 10 minutes walking from the apartment. The nearest beach called Prva Voda with lots of natural shade is in the forest park Marjan, just 15-20 minutes walking or 3 min by car. There's plenty of free parking spots around, this apartment is basically the closest to the center where you can park for free. Majority of Split attractions are within walking range, making this apartment a great choice for your stay when visiting Split. Apartment itself consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area and bathroom. Living room has a cozy sofa bed for two people, 32“ smart LED TV, offering the rich selection of cable programs and ability to surf the internet, watch YouTube videos, access email... Master bedroom has one comfortable double queen size bed and a TV. Second bedroom has one cozy double bed. Living room has sofa for two people. Kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, microwave and two fridges with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal. Use of high-speed wi-fi unlimited internet, air-conditioning, linen, towels, iron and ironing board, cable TV & more are included in price. Ferry port, train station and regional bus station are within 15 minutes walking. It's easy to find free parking spot right near the building or within one minute walking in the nearby streets as the neighbourhood is not crowded with cars. \*\*\*\*\* The Neighbourhood: Apartment is located less than 10 min walking to the Diocletian's Palace. It's the best preserved palace from the Roman times in the world and also just 10 min walking to the Split seafront promenade. Area where the apartment is located is a residential neighbourhood. Its position makes it a perfect combination of being close to everything and having your peace when you just want to rest and sleep. The city part where the apartment is located is within walking range to virtually everything: restaurants, coffee bars, green market, main fish market, shops, tourist bureau, city seafront... all within 5 to 20 minutes walking. Beach called Prva Voda in the forest park Marjan is just 20 minutes walking or 3 min by car. Other beaches Obojena Svjetlost and Kasjuni are just 4-6 min by car. \*\*\*\*\* Getting around: City bus station, taxi and rent-a-car agencies are within 5-10 minutes walking. Main Split bus station, ferry port and main train station are within 15 minutes walking. \*\*\*\*\* Interaction with guests: If you need anything I'm here to help. No massage chair or bottle of wine, though did not matter to us, but it is in the description and might matter to others. The location looks a little sketchy, lots of garbage and graffiti, but seem to be safe. It was 15 to 20 minute walking to historic site, shopping, restaurants, and the harbor. Apartment was comfortable, and had everything that was needed for a stay. Great shower, nice to have a washing machine, and surprisingly also a dishwasher. There was also a grocery store, café, bakery and vegetables/fruit vendors right outside the door. ##### Ellen S.
