Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Die Zimmer waren grauenhaft, dreckig,Bettwäsche fleckig und eckelhaft, Fenster waren undicht und haben sich ständig von alleine geöffnet wenn es stürmisch war, einfach nur unter aller Sau, Frühstück war richtig schlecht, ständig kaltes Essen, Rüherei mit eckelhaften Käse gestreckt, Brötchen waren so alt und so oft aufgebacken worden das diese beim Aufschneiden zu Staub zerbröselten, Es gab 2 Wurstsorten und 2 Käsesorten,der Toaster war vom Sperrmüll und funktionierte nicht, Personal sehr unfreundlich und man wurde geduldet, man musste woanders Frühstück obwohl das inbegriffen war, der Preis für 6 Nächte ist nichtmal annährend gerechtfertigt, sind 2Tage früher abgereist weil es einfach nur Eckelhaft war, Die 3 Sterne nichtmal annährend gerechtfertigt, die Bilder bei Buchung sagen was anderes aus wie wirklichkeit ist, nie wieder dieses Hotel und wenn Expedia nichts ändert werde wir und andere dieses Reiseunternehmen nicht mehr weiter empfehlen, Man müsste sein Geld wieder verlangen bzw. eine Entschädigung, kein deutsches TV Programm, hellhörig der Zimmer, Sauna und Whirpool inklusive Benutzung da aber die Sauna defekt war sollten wir obwohl die Sauna defekt war gebühren für die Nutzung der Sauna und Whirpool bezahlen, Hotel Esprit besteht aus 3 Häusern und man wurde im Nebengelass untergebracht so eine art von Dependance, Man hat andere 3 sterne Hotels kennengelernt vor Ort die viel besser waren wie Hotel Kataryna & Martin die auf dieser Ebene nicht mal annährend vergl. kann
