Turistico Chez Sylviane è situato nel Comune di Spigno Saturnia in località Campo di Vivo.  
Immerso nella natura si trova in campagna circondato da alberi di ulivo e offre un panorama mozzafiato sulle isole di Ischia e Ventotene, ma anche non lontano dal mare e dalle spiagge.  
In ottima posizione per visitare Formia, Gaeta, Sperlonga Montecassino ma anche Napoli, Pompei e la Costiera Amalfitana.  
A 10/12 minuti di auto dalle spiagge di Scauri e Gianola e a una mezzora di auto dalle spiagge di Gaeta e Sperlonga ma anche vicino al porto di Formia per prendere i traghetti per le isole di Ponza e Ventotene.  
Situato ai piedi dei Monti Aurunci è un ottimo punto di partenza per percorsi e sentieri CAI di montagna dove si possono fare escursioni e passeggiate a piedi e a cavallo.  
Appartamento ristrutturato composto da una luminosa zona living con accesso alla terrazza panoramica.  
ci sono inoltre 2 camere da letto:  
la prima con letto matrimoniale a 2 piazze  
la seconda con letto alla francese di una piazza e mezzo.
