The 3-room apartment is an 82 square meter unit located on the 3rd floor. It features a spacious and bright design with comfortable and cozy furnishings. The living room includes a sofabed, a Scandinavian wood stove (for decoration only), a TV, and a boiler. You can access the balcony from the living room. There are two double bedrooms, one with a TV and the other with a single bed and TV. Both bedrooms have exits leading to the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas stove with 4 rings, a kettle, and a freezer, along with a dining table. It also has a shower, bidet, and WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment offers several amenities to enhance your vacation experience. It includes a washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer. Additionally, you can enjoy free WiFi internet access during your stay. The apartment features a large balcony with a sitting area, offering beautiful panoramic views of the mountains and the town.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property with no parking available. It is equipped with smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher for your safety. However, there is no lift access to the apartment. Heating is available from October 15 to May 15 only. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 6 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Up to 2 pets or dogs are allowed (just an example).
