Villa "Giulia" is a detached property composed of a main house and an outbuilding located in the scenic area of Sperlonga, Italy. The property boasts a private park spanning 1'500 m2, complete with a fenced enclosure. Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the salt water swimming pool (4 x 8 m, depth 100 - 180 cm), available seasonally from May 15th to September 30th. The villa offers ample parking spaces for up to 7 cars, ensuring convenience for your holiday rental.

Step outside and experience the beauty of the Italian countryside. Relax in the patio area spanning 30 m2, or unwind in the charming arbour measuring 4 m2. The property features a well-equipped pool house with a fridge and cooking stove, perfect for outdoor gatherings. Enjoy alfresco dining with the provided garden furniture and barbecue facilities. The ground floor features a cozy living and dining area with an open-hearth fireplace and a television for your entertainment. There is one double bedroom on this level, along with four additional double bedrooms, each equipped with a shower, bidet, and toilet. The kitchen area is well-appointed with four hot plates, a dishwasher, and a microwave oven. You can easily access the terrace and veranda from the ground floor, where you'll also find another shower, bidet, and toilet. Upstairs, you'll find two more double bedrooms and one double bedroom with its own shower, bidet, and toilet, as well as two additional showers, bidets, and toilets.

Your villa comes fully equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. Relax on the large 30-square-meter roofed terrace, which features ample outdoor furniture and a barbecue area, perfect for alfresco dining while taking in the breathtaking panoramic views of the sea.
