"The room was filthy, particularly the console surface, which was wet and sticky. Upon wiping it, the tissue came away with a yellow-brown residue. Even after cleaning it ourselves, we didn't dare place any items on it. We only stayed one night, but that was enough to decide we will never return."

"While the staff was friendly and helpful, the condition of the property is very poor. The dated decor was not such a big issue for us, but the cleaning quality was very poor - we found hair in the shower ( the shower itself didn’t have a proper head either, this making it a bit difficult to use). The hair dryer outlet was broken and seemed unsafe to use. The room smelled of cleaning chemicals. Considering its price , i understand that this is what we paid for , but I would try to avoid this hotel in the future "

"Dinner: We ordered mushroom pasta and the cauliflower soup. I took three bites of the pasta and couldnt eat it. It was terrible. The soup was too oily. We had a guest so we didn't want to complain"

"This is such a lovely old Inn with incredible views and the walk to the Falls is perfect. The rooms have been updated nicely while retaining charm. We will be back!"
