« Showed up and the pool was not open yet and the first floor was boarded up from a gun shooting that happed 4hr ago. Check-in took forever with only one computer. Was trying to cancel and only the manager could override the system and they were not in after a shooting just happened and an innocent bystander was in critical condition. »
